1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Return Period:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return:

- Include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorisation
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorisation will not be accepted.
2.3 Shipping Your Return
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
3.1 Inspection and Approval:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3.2 Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4.2 Exchange Process:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the replacement item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalised orders
6. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
